Kreissparkasse bank in Heilbronn is responding to changes in customer behaviour in the digital age by restructuring its own branch network. As part of its plans, larger branches will be expanded into comprehensive consulting centres. The restructuring plan began with the consulting centre in Weinsberg and the company’s head office in Heilbronn.

At both branches, the open office space design features System 7400 glass acoustic walls from Strähle. The combination of vertical absorbers and glass elements creates separate acoustic zones that allow for both group collaboration and quiet individual work. The glass acoustic walls provide a pleasant work environment while also maintaining openness and transparency in the space to foster communicative collaboration.
