Microsoft, Berlin

The first public Microsoft Center worldwide was opened on Berlin‘s famous boulevard Unter den Linden – a place for networking and dialogue between customers, media, politics and society. State-of-the-art business premises for customers, partners and employees are located on four floors of this listed historical building. The focus is on a multipurpose event space dedicated to public communication. An exclusive place for customers is the briefing centre, with a premium reception area and a 360°showroom superbly equipped to permit top-of-the-line presentation. The fully glazed System 3400 with curved 14 mm laminated glasses and projection film were used here. For the conference areas, the planners chose the wooden beam-and-post System T with 8 mm laminated glasses and sound insulation values of 45 dB.
