Multispace - Flexible and communicative.

At our location in Borkheide near Berlin, a transparent and acoustically optimized working environment has been created that enables cross-team and concentrated work in equal measure.  One focus of the redesign was on promoting formal and informal communication. For example, the conference area and the canteen have an open design as a central space in the building. They can be used variably, e.g. also for training courses and events in a larger circle. Parquet flooring, modern furniture and integrated fabric absorbers create a homely ambience. The enlarged coffee kitchens on each floor are also ideal for short meetings and exchanges between employees. Thanks to sound-absorbing wall and door solutions, the noisy areas are acoustically shielded. In the partition walls between the offices, fabric-covered absorbers reduce reverberation times and ensure pleasant room acoustics.
