Coca Cola, Berlin

The new German Headquarters of Coca Cola is situated right next to the Berlin Spreeufer and provides modern work spaces for about 500 employees. This seven-storey building was custom-built by HOCHTIEF to the specific requirements of Coca Cola. The clear construction by nps tchoban voss is characterized by a large glazed front and wide window ledges, which cross the circular-red tiled Coca-Cola facade.

The building balances modern working culture with the individual requirements of the employees and spacious layouts allied with open sight lines facilitate communication as well as the efficient flow of work.

All floors utilise the same office layout and the floor plan delivers a supports a flat hierarchical construction. The cubic form of this point-block building enables the positioning of all work stations along the façades. Full height System 3400 glass partition walls divide the office spaces as well as the meeting rooms and allow for uninterrupted views both in and out of these spaces.
