At its Berlin site, the HR and management consulting firm Kienbaum provides high-end spaces that inspire employees whatever they are working on. The design incorporates a variety of zones to boost creativity and teamwork on the one hand and allow employees to concentrate on their work in a private and calm environment on the other. The office spaces designed by loop GmbH can be easily adapted to user requirements. Post-pandemic, virtual consultations in the form of video conferences are now much more common, resulting in a greater need for suitable, quiet zones. With that in mind, the designers chose to install Strähle’s TEAMBOX room-in-room modules in the open-space area.

With their flush glazing and clear-cut style, the soundproof islands subtly harmonise with the surrounding office environment, providing a retreat for employees for meetings, phone calls and brainstorming sessions. Black profiles create a bold contrast with the parquet flooring and tie in perfectly with the colours and materials of the furnishings. Curtains add the finishing touch to the TEAMBOX and can be used as a visual screen when employees need to focus on a task in private. The ventilation system and integrated flow ducts guarantee a pleasant room climate at all times.
